UPDATE 8/29/23: We have used Kelley’s for our Spring & Fall sprays ever since our first encounter with them over two years ago. They are consistently prompt, professional, effective, and friendly.
Initially contacted them in the fall to eradicate yellow jackets and spray around our cabin for various insects. They also set bait in the crawlspace for mice. We live in the woods, so I wasn’t sure how effective it would be, but we haven’t seen any evidence of mice since then, and there are way fewer insects than we had before the treatment. We just had them out again to do a spring spray. Highly recommend!

When Ben and Roberta performed the treatment, they arrived right when they said they would, were very friendly, and again were excellent communicators. On top of all that, their price was the best. I think I would have chosen them even if they had been a little more expensive than the others because I felt the best about their initial consultation, but the fact that they also had the best price made the decision crystal clear. I am a happy repeat customer. Paper wasps love our property. Kelley's folks sprayed last fall for us and eliminated the problem. A new group returned with a vengeance and began nesting near our shed in the spring. Kelley's folks were prompt and immediately arrived for a spring treatment. Have used Kelley’s for a few years. Because I had experienced termite damage at a previous home, I always get a termite inspection. Before switching to Kelley’s I was told by another company that I had termite damage in my crawl space and they pushed a treatment plan. But something seemed “off” so I got a second opinion. Roberta said there was no termite damage and she was very disappointed when she found out I had been lied to because that makes their profession look bad. Also, I had an infestation of ants a couple years ago and Roberta didn’t quit until she had found and sprayed every nook and cranny they were in. You won’t be disappointed if you do business with Kelley’s!!

Wonderful experience! I called and left a message, and within the same day had a response saying we could have an appointment as soon as next day. They were on time, pleasant, and super knowledgeable on our mouse issue in the house. We haven't had rodent problems since (and it has now been over a month).
My husband and I first tried to catch the mice on our own - we caught one, and a week later, we caught three. That's when we knew we needed help. Google how quickly mice can repopulate and you can see why we were so thrilled so have our issue handled by professionals. Would definitely recommend!
